The Clinical Work Life Lab is a piece of IQuESt and Baylor College of Medicine’s Section of Health Services Research. It is an interdisciplinary gathering of researchers meaning to further develop medical care by further developing the work lives of clinicians and others working in medical services. Driven by Dr. Sylvia Hysong, our primary areas of exploration center are:

Concentrating on the most effective ways to gauge the presentation of clinicians and to limit the potentially negative side-effects of execution estimation on people working in medical services just as on patients.
Concentrating on the most effective ways to give and assist clinicians with getting criticism, to further develop the consideration they give and fulfill their own clinical guidelines.
Analyzing care groups, how they coordinate best and their construction and its effect on care quality, colleague turnover and colleague burnout.
